When a Little Is More than Enough
August 2, 2026
AS WE GATHER
Someone has said, “Little is much when God is in it, and with Him, your not enough becomes more than enough.” This captures well the essence of one of Jesus’ most beloved miracles, the feeding of the 5, 000. Aside from the resurrection, it is the only miracle recorded in all four Gospels. Where, Jesus teaches us that a little in His saving and serving hands truly is enough, especially when accompanied by His life-giving Word. Today, the Lord invites us to His Table. Yes, His grace, mercy and peace are more than enough to address our deepest needs. So feed on Him. Follow Him as He bids us to then feed others. His little is always enough. Welcome to worship!
